Headstart is run by Head Start Solutions, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect from you

When you use Headstart, we collect:

• Account details. Your name and email address when you sign up.
• What you tell us about your business. Your website, who your ideal customers are, and anything else you share so we can find the right people for you.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We see what you bought and your billing name; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Basic information about how you use the product — pages visited, features used — so we can make it better.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email or through the product.

What we collect about leads

To research leads for our customers, we look at publicly available information on X: public profiles, public posts, and public follow relationships. We do not access private messages, protected accounts, or anything a person has not shared publicly.

If you have been included in research and want your information removed, email us at support@useheadstart.ai and we will remove it.

How we use it

• To find and research leads that match what you asked for.
• To run your account, process payments, and provide support.
• To send you updates about your leads and your account.
• To understand how the product is used and improve it.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we need to run Headstart: hosting, payments, email delivery, and analytics. Each provider gets only what it needs to do its job. Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the company — in which case this policy still applies to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. If you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside the company is limited to people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@useheadstart.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we honor those too.

Children

Headstart is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your data, we will email you before it takes effect.
